Cancellation Policy

At Isopure, we request you to review your order carefully before placing it. While we strive to offer flexibility wherever possible, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Prepaid & COD Orders

• Orders may be cancelled before an order is fulfilled.
• Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

A customer can cancel his/her order by navigating to My Account and clicking on cancellation button on the order that has to be requested for cancellation.

Brand-Initiated Cancellations

In rare and unavoidable circumstances, Isopure reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

• Incorrect product listing or pricing errors
• Quality control issues
• Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

Important Notes

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Isopure India reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on order status.
• All decisions made by Isopure in this regard shall be final and binding.
